By accessing our website (www.pakoneengineers.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these legally binding Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Scope

We provide:
✔ Custom cooling tower design & manufacturing
✔ Installation, maintenance, and repair services
✔ Technical consultations

Exclusions:

• On-site services outside Pakistan require separate agreements.

• Client-provided material defects are not covered under warranty.

3. Ordering & Payments

• Quotes valid for 15 days

• 50% advance payment required for manufacturing orders

• Balance due before delivery/installation

• Payment methods: Bank transfer, cash (receipt provided)

4. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• Installation requires:

  • Client-provided level foundation

  • Utilities (water/power) access

• Delay penalties: 0.5% of order value/day (max 10%)

5. Warranties

✔ 10-year structural warranty (FRP towers)
✔ 2-year component warranty (fans, motors)
❌ Void if:

• Unauthorized modifications are made

• Proper maintenance isn’t performed

6. Liability

• Maximum liability = Order value

• Not liable for:

  • Consequential damages (production losses)

  • Acts of God (floods, earthquakes)

7. Cancellation

• Design phase: 20% cancellation fee

• Manufacturing started: 50% fee

8. Dispute Resolution

1. Informal negotiation (30 days)

2. Mediation in [City], Pakistan

3. Courts of [City] have exclusive jurisdiction

9. Policy Changes

Updated terms posted on our website. Continued use = acceptance.
